Linguistics or Psychology?
Here is a case where it is most difficult to decide whether this book should be classified as linguistics or as psychology. The first chapter says that it's a book about language acquisition, but more particularly, a specifically psychological question about language acquisition. So, it is psychology. The interesting point, though, is how the field of linguistics is changing as linguists become increasingly interested in how language actually works in real life.
